St. Margaret's Girls Golf Picks up First League Win Against Woodbridge

The Tartans won 197-210 on Tuesday.
The Tartan girls golf program came away with a league win Tuesday, downing Woodbridge High School 197-210 at Shorecliffs Golf Course.
 
St. Margaret's were led in the critical match by Annie Weng, the Tartans' lowest scorer with an even 36. Madison Lewis and Nicole Wang followed, with each scoring 39 (+3), while Jessica Liu turned in a 40 (+4).
 
The win sets the Tartans up in a respectable third place in the upper portion of the Pacific Coast League with a 1-2 record thus far. St. Margaret's will next face first place Northwood High on Oct. 10.
